Boy swipes girl.
Boy texts back and forth.
Boy meets girl.
Boy keeps up the good work, meets his promises, and gets to keep girl.
Simplicity and directness appeal to me.
Somehow in our quest to get 'closer' to the customer, it seems like we've forgotten how to 'close', especially for enterprise-level MNCs.
You might have the greatest product on the market, but if you are not telling a great story that solves a consumer problem insightfully, you might not make it to the checkout cart.
You might tell a great story, but if you don't have a user-friendly path to purchase i.e. eCommerce system, same unhappy result.
Finally, you need a good sales process to close the deal by helping the user find a product or service that fits, creating urgency and rewarding loyalty.
